I don't know how your stocking plan for this tank has changed, but if your plan is still this:
5-8 neon tetras
4 black kuhli loaches
2 otocinclus or 2 mystery( apple snails)
You definitely cant add a 5 inch Pleco to the mix. Just stick with the above. It may not seem like that much on paper but once everybody is in there it'll be plenty. You and your fish will be much happier if you don't try to stuff in fish that shouldn't be in a tank that small.
