Quick question about lighting

I'm looking to get new lights for my tank, I was looking at this..

Now I was wondering, should I get 2 white 2 blue at 14000k, or should I get 3 white 1 blue at 10000k?
I know the blue serves no purpose which is why I was thinking of only getting one, but would I need 3 whites for plants requiring low-high lighting? Or even medium lighting?

Oh and all this will be fore my 29 gallon planted

30" 48w not sure what that comes out to in kalvins but I really like this light lol. I like the face that I can add another fixture if needed.. What do you guys think?
