Quiet External Filter

could anyone recommend a quiet external filter for a 350 litre tank? quieter the better as the tank is in my bedroom, also could you recommend a heater?.

My ehiem 2217 canister is dead quiet.

my fluval 305 and 406 are silent I can never hear them.. have to touch them to make sure they are still on
