Rasbora died unknown reason...

Well I just got three new rasbora hems yesterday and one immediately hid behind the filter in which it wouldn't come out.. Today it started schooling with the others but then later on it hid again and suddenly turned upside down and died and I noticed he was a little blue or white or something.... Is it new tank syndrome or was he sold to me sick??
