I had 4 Rasbora tetra's, about 2 weeks ago, one of them passed on. Now, I have 3 of them, and 2 of them look "normal" and 1 of them has a fairly large bloated belly. How do these fish give birth? Eggs? Anyone ever bred any of these? Is there anything I should look for? Thanks for reading.

There is no such thing as a rasbora tetra. It's either a rasbora, or it's a tetra.
Both are egg scatterers. If you want to breed them, feed them quality foods, and let them breed in a seperate tank. If you see the female's belly has gone slim, remove the parents and bring up the fry on liquifry N1, or infusiora and later bbs.
