Hey,
So i went and had a look in my shrimp tank (RCS) and i noticed one of my males going bonkers! jetting arounmd the placd like there was no tomorrow! Im no expert but im think a female has had some time to herself! But yeah just i dont know.
Also i was thinking of adding a bristlenose to the shrimp tank but was sceptical of the pleco eating my babies. Any seggustions?

Female RCS release hormones and the males swim around like mad trying to find her. It's normal.

The bristlenose shouldn't eat the little shrimp. I think they're strictly herbivorous.

RCS carry their eggs with them. Females are usually brighter red than the males. Look for a yellow saddle inside the shrimp right behind the head. That's the developing eggs. After the eggs have been fertilized, the female carries them under her tail.
