RCS growth?

I just recently got a batch of RCS. As of now they are about half an inch and still clear. How big and how quickly will they grow? How long till they mate?

Mine start breeding at just under 1/2" (females) males are probably a little smaller when they mate since they only get about 3/4" fully grown and females get over 1". From the time you see the female with eggs it usually takes 21-25 days for the eggs to hatch. Those babies can breed in 2 months.
