I recently had a death in the family and forgot to check my new tanks levels for two days. I noticed my danios had red gills and immediately did a 50% water change not even thinking to check the levee before doing so. I necked my levels and all is good today. I'm worried it might have been something else like N infection of some kind. I am running on 5 hrs of sleep for 48 hrs trying to get my 3 year olds birthday party in order for this weekend because I have to travel for the services. I'm leaving tomorrow. I have told my husband he needs to check the levels and do a 25% PWC tomorrow regardless of what they are. Any thoughts on this matter?
