Repairing a Leaking Aquarium

The new silicone wiil not seal properly to the old , when I had a leak in a 45 I had tried remove the silicone at the leak site and it leaked again 2 weeks later and I had let it cure for a week before refilling. you have to remove the silicone from end to end to get a proper seal.

yep i did remove all the silicon from the hole tank i just did a messy job so i have to start over. got it all cleaned up for the second time and did so test runs this time and looks much better and the tape idea is great worked nice got great looking seams now
