Rock question

Ok I don't know where to ask this question so sorry ahead of time.
I found this rock down at a river and thought it was pretty cool. I've cleaned it and everything I just wanted to make sure it would be ok to put it in one of my tanks.

Give it a good bath in hydrogen peroxide and maybe pour some boiling water into those holes, if you really want to get all science.. Pour vinegar on it and if it fizzes it will mess with ph, looks really nice though
