I just bought an RTC 2-3 inches and he is in my starter tank 45 gallon tank, my question is at what size should I change the RTC to my bigger tank?
 
if thats a red tailed catfish,that thng will need like...a lake.
 
Yeah I'm converting one of those outdoor pools into a tank
