I've got a 55 gallon tank, but the main problem is that I have a pregnant Sunset platy (bought it pregnant), a male red mickey mouse, and 2 female juvenile Red Wags. I wanted to get some other colors, and that's when I unexpectedly learned that I have to keep strains pure.

1. What do I do with the adults I already have? I have no other tank suitable for them, only a 10 gallon RCS tank, were I am breeding RCS, and a 5 gallon Betta tank.

2. If I can only go for one color, what's the best: Blue Mickey Mouse with reddish fins, Sunset, Red Mickey Mouse, Red Wag, or White Mickey Mouse?

Your best bet would probably be to find another home for your male platy. Platies really have no business in a 5g long term. Short term it would probably be ok, but both a platy and a betta in a 5g will probably turn violent.
