Here's what I'm thinking for my 55g

5 neon tetras
3 or 4 dwarf frogs
10-15 ghost shrimp
8 yellow mollies
2 or 3 mystery snails

Any problems? Any specific way I should introduce them to the tank?

In my opinion I think that this would be fine. Perhaps you can add more? I never really dealt with dwarf frogs so you can not hold me against it.

Also, I hope you have cycled your tank already if not check out

For adding fish, it is best to add a school slowly so they will not get stressed out. Also when putting them in your tank, leave the fish in the bag and place it on top of your water for the temperature to acclimate. (A good 30minutes - 1 hour)

im not positive but a 55 might be a little tall for the frogs, they are not very good swimmers

I think it might be tall for the frogs but it might work. You could also add baloon mollies. You still have a lot room for fish in your 55.
