I got this today and this are my readings today too . Yes I’m about to do a 50% water change and I have aquaclear filter. Can I just throw this sponge in my tank or should I take my filter apart and add a piece on top of my existing sponge or cut it put it in my filter? Help

Backstory: OP purchased seasoned media (sponge) from AngelsPlus to jump start the cycling...

Yes, cut some sections of it and place it in your HOB filter. You can add it where the carbon insert would go (no need for it); above the existing sponge and under the ceramic media.
