Shrimp last 3-4 hours in bag as well as plAnts?

Store is a little far away debating the trip leaving at 5 if I go...please help

I would think that the shrimp would be ok. If you are really worried I would bring along a bucket or something like that to put the shrimp in. The plants will be fine with the trip!

They'll be fine, I regularly ship them in bags with only a few ounces of water and they go for several days at a time.
