Shrimp trap?

Have any of you had any luck with a trap for catching cherry shrimp?

I have quite a number of shrimp that I want to remove from a tank and would like to avoid chasing them around with a net.

Could you cut the top off of a 2-liter bottle and invert it so it's a funnel into the body of the botle? It wouldn't guarantee a 100% catch or necessarily keep them all in the bottle, but it would be a pretty good bet that you would get a few at a time.
