Skimmer Or Powerhead Not Pumping Water

So I have these old Visi-Jet powerheads that came with my 55 gallon and I can't figure out why they're not pushing water... Any search online produces nothing because they are so old. The model is Visi-Jet VJ200. I'll try to link a video for reference.

I've had a few go out on me over the years, both cheap and quality ones

Yeah, they just came with the fish tank and they're just cheap. I'll just get new ones then. Another online search provided the same thing.
