Sleeping fish?

Anybody elses fish seem to sleep? Six angels one bolivian ram two dwarf gouramis two tetras one large pleco and a small albino bristlenose pleco. Work night shift two days a week and when we get home and turn the light on all the fish are settimg at the bottom of the tank. After a few minutes they start swimming and acting normal again. Never noticed this before with any fish/aquariums over the years. Tested the water just in case and everythings how it should be.

Yes, fish need dark time and sleep just like we do!! Atleast 8 hours or else my Pleco is a crankster mcfussypants all day...
