Hi again. I was doing a water change today and happened to notice quite a few of these things on some driftwood. Tried to remove a few with my nail, but they're reasonably stubborn.
I have 3 nerites, but it's a freshwater tank. I use Kent RO rite, but no extra salt. I have had some invasive hitchhikers, but haven't seen any in a while. This one piece of driftwood is the only place I've found them.

They are nerite eggs and you can use a pair of sissors or something with a tip and just pop them off or wait as they will dissolve over a few weeks on their own.
