Some new fish

In my tank I have one red tailed shark, five tiger barbs, 2 dojo loachs, and a few ottos.

Could I put a group of neon tetras in? Or would they be hassled?

it would some what depend on what size your tank is. what size is your tank? red tailed sharks grow to be a pretty decent size, you'll want to have enough room for him.
