We bought two molly fish and a few days later, she gave birth. All the fry appeared to die. And we managed to save 3 babies but they had died. And we had not changed the water because we thought it would cause stress in a new environment and we didnt know if there were any fry left. The next day i noticed that the father was dead behind the filter and the mom was breathing and struggling to swim. She is now dead. I think they had ick and we put a tablet of ick treatment in. But im not sure what happened.

From your information it is impossible to know what happened. Assuming the fish were healthy when you brought them home, the water parameters might have been unsuitable - temperature, pH, hardness - or the tank was not cycled. If the fish had ich, you should have noted white spots on them.
