Somethings growing in my tank...(pic inside)

Any ideas on what this is? Is this beneficial to my cycling or should I remove it?

looks almost like some kind of lawn debris with fungus growing on it to me ,
I would just remove it ,

You didn't say if you were cycling with fish in or without. However, despite the grassy looking bits which are probably just debris, it looks like you have white and pink fish food flakes which are going mouldy. They need removing. If you are cycling with fish in then you are over feeding and if you are cycling without fish then a better ammonia source is 'ammonia' and not fish flake.
