Stain Remover That Works?

Hi all I am thinking about trying a new product to remove aquarium stains called Spot-X and I was wondering if any one has tried it before?

I have tried every thing from viniger to acid from the pool store on some stains with no luck. This product seems to be better suited for aquariums as its aproved for use around food etc.

What kind of stains are you talking about? Calcium build-up?
