Stocking a 10 gallon

Its only 10 gallons and I'm gonna make the best of it. I'm thinking I want to go with a community tank, but I need some ideas.

how about ten neon tetras and 5 cory catfish?
it might be pushing it for the size of tank but it would work.

or how about some fancy guppys and some ghost shrimp on the bottom.

Dwarf Gourami, 3 red finned tetras, 2 african dwarf frogs

A school of maybe 6 neon tetras, a pair of corys, a dwarf gourami and a dwarf pleco

I like the guppy / ghost shrimp combo, but add some Long fin danios too or some bumble bee gobbies.
