Stocking a 25 gal.

I have a new 25 gal. It is already cycled and is heavily planted.

Current Stock:
7 rasbora
1 dwarf Gourami
3 corys
1 julii
2 sterbai.

Could I add another julii for the corys or have I reached my max in stocking?

I have a 25 gallon, I know I'm overstocked but as long as your diligent at keeping the tank clean and do frequent water changes your fine. Test your water about every 3 days.
