Stocking juwel rio 180

Hi, im just looking for some advise or ideas on stocking my rio 180! Ill be running with the standard filter plus a fluval 306, the tank has black sand substrate, plenty of fake plants the odd stone and 1 big piece of bog wood!

I plan to keep:

Ellioti cichlid x 2
Angel fish x 1
Cardinal tetra x 10

Whats everyone think about this stock? Any idea for a clean up crew? Bristlenose/otos??

Would also like to know would a pair of german blue rams work in my tank also??
