strange jelly on plant?

Hi, got up this morning & found a strange orange jelly substance stuck to one of my plants? Cleaned the tank out yesterday & it wasn't there even at bedtime. Any ideas what it is? Took a foto of it lying on paper.

No, haven't a clue what it is, it was a sac shape it was slimey cheers

Strange, my first thought was obviously maybe a fish or invert that has been mutilated but if not then I don't know. Is it glue of some kind from somewhere? Maybe a silk plant of equipment has had some fall out? Maybe someone else will have the idea I'm missing?.
