Also a rigid container like the Tupperware makes it harder for the bag to tip and allow LFS water into the main tank - I'm sure many of us have had that happen! Great tip, Fawn -

Thanks Tankgirl. I don't know how many times I've come close to dropping the entire bag into my tank. YIKES!

Yep, you should try it Rubyshoho, it trully is so much easier. I go to the 99 cent store and get all sorts of different shaped tupperware to fit the size of my tank and fishies.

I always float my bag open. I take the bag and turn down the sides about half way so that it traps a ring of air. I find it works better than opening and retying the bag over and over again.
