Super poops

My 3" pleco poo'd about 16" of poo. Looked like normal poo, but that was abnormally long poo. Why so long???

i think its normal, mine wraps it all around the tank, its pretty gross. last night i saw it hanging off his mouth... very gross.

My BN plecos do that when they eat a lot of veggie matter. mmmmm fiber lol. As long as it isn't stringy and or white/clear, I don't think it's anything to worry about. Plecos are super poopers for sure.

My goldfish had done that before!! Haha yes it's normal. And it's very disgusting when they mistake it for food and eat it.. But they do spit it out haha
