t5 ho light with blue leds

i just got a t5ho fixture with 4 blue leds built in. i turn the h5 off over night and turn the blue led on at nighttime. it seems that my fish dont quite sleep with the blue led light on at night. this is my first night. anyone here have the same problem??i have a 55g planted tank with rams and angels

My moonlights stay from 11:30pm-2:00am then total darkness until natural light. Then blues come on at 2pm and daylight with the blues at the same time at 4pm. So on and so on. So daylight is about 6 hours.
