Tank decorations

Do I have too much going on in my tank? Should I take the piece of driftwood standing up out? Disregard the filter pad I'm just using it to get BB in my tank. Its a 10 gallon tank.

What about making the piece on the left an arch by standing it up? Maybe move the tall driftwood away from the side so the fish can swim around it
