Iíd argue that not really natural though in the sense that a water area would not be naturally treated with it (the product itself includes ingredients to get it to mix the oil into water).

Salt - going from freshwater to brackish to remove parasites, yes - but how we use it Iím not sure is truly natural either. Just a thought for discussion.

I use it. Itís cheap in large tanks. Doesnít damage plants and can be worth a first up try. Must be mixed carefully into water and both pimafix and melafix can kill off fish. Have had wins with it. For anything bacterial possible, but not best odds (definitely not my first choice).
