Tetra's and ?

I have decided I will have a tank (planted) with Tetra's, foremost will be neon's, what other Tetra's can I put in or any other suggestions.
Tank size 2 foot x 1 foot x 18 inches deep, 60ltr.

According to fishbase.org, Neons require temperatures of 23-27 Celsius: Harlequin Rasboras require 22-25 Celsius. So, I would look into the Rasboras. As for pH, both of these fish naturally come from acidic waters, but have been acclimated to higher pH water through commercialization.

I have Dwarf Neon Rainbows in with my Neon Tetras for 4 months now and everyone is doing fine.
