The Final Selection

So after months of research and the entire summer too I finally figured out a good stocking list. but from what i learned that not every list is perfect so I need help if this is good enough so .... oh and its two lists for two tanks and lets start!

10 gal
>betta
>2 java and 2 kuhli loaches
> a bamboo shrimp
20 gal
>4-6 black skirt tetras
>2 bolivian rams
>a blue panchax or SA bumblebee catfish
