I have a 10 gallon that I want to switch to low end (1.004) brackish and it is fully cycled. How would I go about switching his so my bacteria don't get shocked and so my fish don't either

A day by day guide would be great. Thanks

Just slowly raise your salinity weekly to give the bacteria a chance to adjust. My BW tank was a FW tank and filter that was already running when I bought it. I just slowly added my reef salt until I got my SG to 1.007 then added my fish. It's been stable for about 5 years now.

How much did you salt did you add a week to up it .001 a week

Alright. And how much Epsom salt do I put in to relieve constipation because my puffer is constipated

Epsom salt has no salt in it. It's nothing but magnesium sulfate. There's no raise in salinity associated with it.
