This is a female red platy correct?

Ok cool because she is picking on my male but I just wanted to make sure that wasn't some form of same sex aggression. My male isn't looking to good tho, he is sitting at the aquarium bottom just moving enough to stay in place.

Good that's exactly what I was hoping for. I breed a variety of platys so id like the red platys to get it right to

I wasn't sure if her fin was torn or if she was a male but the fin has no curve like the beginning of a gonopodium. So I think it's a female now

Yea she's a she haha I just wanted to make sure because her fin looks slim like a gonopodium
