Hello, I've recently decided to breed my bristlenose pleco, so I went on a search for a female as I've got a mature male, I found a trio that are wild caught from a good source and have a lot of great feedback from buyers, but what are the disadvantages and advantages of having wild caught and captive breed

Generally speaking, wild fish display nice coloration and might be bigger. The main problem is that wild caught fish may have a hard time to life in captivity and may have parasites.
