Tiger Barbs
I have a ten gallon tank with 4 tiger barbs in it thats it how many more could i add ?

You MIGHT be able to get away with 1 or 2 more but personally I'd stick with the 4 you've got and maybe add a pair of small-type loaches to take care of stuff on the bottom of the tank. A couple of YoYo loaches (Botia almorhae) would do the job nicely.
