Tiger Barbs and frozen foods

I'm picking up some frozen food for my tiger barbs this week and I want to know if tiger barbs like beefheart or should I just stick with bloodworms. Also can those frozen foods be stuck to the glass?

I have 8 barbs and they eat frozen beefheart, bloodworms, planktons, brine shrimp, then they eat the freeze dried tubifex, bloodworms, omega color flakes and fresh blanched zucc. And no frozen cube sticks to tank...I just drop in and they all get a piece of the pie...
