Tiger Shrimp and Endler's Fry

I had a 2.5 gallon tank set up with just a filter, some plants, rocks, and shells which is a great set up for dwarf shrimp, but then comes yesterday when I found 3 fry in my 13 gallon tank. I'm pretty sure that they're the "endler's" fry considering that there is a betta, platy, and endlers in there and they have multiple of them. I think that one is a female, and there are 5 males... The man at the store just scooped up some of them and through them into a bag without listening to me so it's not the best set up I know. Back to the main point: I now have 10ish fry give or take a few and 13 or so tiger shrimp. I'm completely new to fry and fairly new to shrimp so What to do? I feed the shrimp algae covered rocks (I have algae growing in a bowl with some rocks in it), algae wafers, and flakes. What should I do for the fry? They're about 1/4th of an inch or about 1/2 of a centimeter. Should I look for a heater? I'm clueless, please help! I'm most concerned about the shrimp considering I just got them within the past week and have completely fallen head over heels in love with them! Any tips or advice would be greatly welcomed! Sorry for the longness but thanks!!!

Nah, I've moved them to my 55g tank down stairs where they are happily residing. But the did kill quite a few of my tiger shrimp:P.
