Tiny little white "creature" in my betta fry tank!!!!

edit: lol without a microscope or magnifying glass I'm going to guess fw amphipods, ostracods or daphnia.

But will they harm the frys? Because they just few days old so I don't wanna change the water yet. (and there are millions of them in there... some tiny worm too).

They're completely ok. Just extra food for the fish.

Definitely not planaria. Planaria look like worms and are slow and crawly.
