on my glass, there are thousands of TINY(less than 1mm) white larva crawling around. if you look closely, you can see them moving. i have 1 mystery snail, 2 oscars, 1 bluegill, 1 largemouth bass...all seem healthy. what are these white things?

Planaria. They come from excess debris in the tank, usually. Increase gravel vacs and water changes and they will eventually starve out. They are not harmful to the fish and other than being unsightly they won't bother anything. Take care not to overfeed and be good about vac'ing up regularly and they won't return.
