Too many fry?

Will about 40 fry glofish zebra danios even survive and grow in a 5 gallon? Seems like way too many

they can, but only when they are very small. After a week or 2 it should be a little safer to move them to a larger aquarium

Change 25 to 50 percent of the water everyday or every other day when they are around two weeks old to regulate the bioload. Test the water everyday or at least twice a week. Should be good as a temporary option. 1 month maximum IMO

Your gonna have to be careful. You can't keep them more then a month or two as they are too many fish.

They usually have to be at least a month old to be sold to an lfs. That's what I saw in most cases.

Can't sell the glofish. They have a patent on them because they are genetically engineered. But if two different colors breed then it makes a regular zebra danio and I think those can be sold
