Will about 40 fry glofish zebra danios even survive and grow in a 5 gallon? Seems like way too many

they can, but only when they are very small. After a week or 2 it should be a little safer to move them to a larger aquarium

The other tank is 10 gallons with 7 glofish. The parents of the fry

Change 25 to 50 percent of the water everyday or every other day when they are around two weeks old to regulate the bioload. Test the water everyday or at least twice a week. Should be good as a temporary option. 1 month maximum IMO

If I siphon out the water it won't suck a bunch of em up? 1 month maximum till what?

I might have to try to transport some to a lfs. Or split them up a little between my 5 and ten gallon

Can't sell the glofish. They have a patent on them because they are genetically engineered. But if two different colors breed then it makes a regular zebra danio and I think those can be sold
