Top dwelling fish

I already have a bottom feeder fish and mid-dwelling fish. What are some top dwelling fish I can get that will do fine in a 29g tall with lemon tetras, cardinal tetras, Celebes rainbows, and otos?

Zebra danio's and hatchet fish are two that come to mind. My platys and swordtails (the little buggers) hang out at the top every time I walking.

golden killifish will hang out at the top provided there is some cover

i had two before. they would hide most of the time, before my plants grew out and started to cover the top

blood fins are good. Active. Need at least three or four.

Marble Hatchets if you have a solid top. Small, peaceful, and a nice community fish.
