Two cichlids and a goldfish

I've got two very small cichlids in my ten gallon tank at the moment and i'm going away for about a week. how dangerous do you think it would be to move my goldfish into the tank from his bowl for the week?

I've had him in the tank before when i was cleaning his bowl but that probably doesnt really tell me anything. what do you guys think?

i would probably just get a sponge filter or something for the bowl...

i wouldnt want to place a goldfish with cichlids, the goldfish prefers different water conditions...what kind of cichlids do you have and how large are all the fish?
