update on my 38 gallon planted

so just an update for anyone that is interested.

i have recently (3 weeks ago) switched over to black sand, and added pressurized Co2 about 6 weeks ago into my tank, the difference was night and day with Co2. Ive also started using dry ferts with PPS-pro. Oh and i added a black poster board background, that made a huge difference too in the way the tank looks, and almost makes the tank seem brighter in a weird way.

so here are some pictures, the first one was 2 weeks ago, and the one i took today with the black background, seems strange how with the black background my light is much more "yellow" then green in the first picture, anyone know why?

my Bacopa caroliniana seems to be doing quite well, has tripled in size since i got it 4 weeks ago, and my dwarf hair grass has just now begone to throw out runners!

The color balance is probably set to auto on the camera, and the change could be due to ambient lighting or the new background
