URGENT advice needed for very FAT Molly / Guppy

Thanks everyone... she is still alive and swim waddling around. Very confusing! Crossing fingers she will be okay.

How's the female guppy doing? Did she ever gave birth, if indeed she was pregnant, or is she still huge like the pic?

Zoom in on the pics... I see pineconing early stages in all. When fish get dropsy they are ok at first, then become sluggish (eg rest on bottom or in favourite spot unless feeding time or being chased) then develop swim bladder, then die. I've never saved one that pineconed and now if they get swim bladder I euthanise them. Is this fish still doing well or has it gotten poorly?
