Vacuuming and Decorating - Take Fish Out?

When I do gravel vacs or if I go a step further and want to rearrange decorations, should the fish be completely out of the tank?

That's what I figured. I figured it's worse to take them out than to have a huge muscular arm in the tank. Okay, so scratch the muscular part, but you know what I mean.

Leave them in to reduce stress...Finding Nemo is just plain odd...
No need to take them out. Just make sure you don't bury any fish with the decor

I completely agree, taking the fish out will stress both them and you trying to catch them.
