Vacuuming the gravel

I was just wondering if anybody knows, is it ok to vacuum your gravel everyday? I've got a 60 55 and 29 gal. I do 10 percent water change daily the last couple of months and each time I vacuum the gravel. Does this decrease the beneficial bacteria? I have biowheels on all my tanks.

It is my understanding that it does not. Most of your bb would be in your filter media and biowheel

Most of the bb is in your filter. It's a good idea to only vacuum sections of substrate at a time, though.
