Veggies for snails/fish

I have 10 gal tank with 3 zebra danios, 3 tetras, 1 blue mystery snail, 1 black mystery snail, 1 ivory mystery snail, 1 golden mystery snail, 1 zebra striped snail and 1 nice large apple snail. Also have small CAE and small orange finned loach. What vegetables would you recommend me feeding the crew?

Oh also have have 5 ghost shrimp too.

I have feed my snails and fish slightly cooked broccoli, cucumbers, lettuce, and peas.
